A historical bi-national activist evening event at the central Italian town of Perugia, led by Panda Aid of China, host by Umbria at the Offering of Peace, at their local activist-run wine cellar. About 30 people attended the event, including their local Palestinian activists.

Perugia has a strong antiwar, peace & justice activism history, they just organized a No US-Israel War with Iran protest last weekend, currently at their local exhibition hall, they have an antiwar photo exhibition including Gaza.

It was a night of very interesting discussion because, while we had entered the so-called information explosion age, most people in the West still didn’t know anything about China and global south efforts in Gaza.
