Gaza (QNN)- Israel carried out strikes across the Gaza Strip on Thursday, killing at least 16 Palestinians, a day after the United States announced the launch of the second phase of Trump’s 20-point ceasefire plan.

Heavy rains and flooding have rendered thousands of tents uninhabitable and placed nearly 800,000 people, almost 40 percent of the population, in flood-prone sites at heightened risk. UNICEF reports that over 100 children have been killed in Gaza since the ceasefire, highlighting that children remain at grave risk.
